This weekend, we have reached the grand ol' age of 2!
We would like to thank everyone who has supported us in this venture, especially those who have been there since day one and all the 'stars' who have made ARfm what it is today. Even if we say so ourselves.... we think we are the best Rock Station around!
Here's to the next 2 years and beyond...

As someone who has been listening in since the test broadcasts...remember them I`d just like to say congratulations on two years of continually delivering awesome rock music. ARfm opened my ears to new bands and old favourites that I thought had died with the birth of grunge. Thank you so much Happy 2nd Birthday ARfm

Ahh Yes those first NEC Broadcasts..... The first encounter with the green anoraked 'Collin' who wanted to push the buttons on the desk while we were live "What does this button dooo? I've seen these on the telly you know!" ... the cool calm manner in which I told him to 'f off' just as the music came to an end... Turning around and seeing a large sea of faces glaring disapprovingly at my little out burst.... Saying, "This is ARfm live from the NEC" for the first time... if you listen very carefully you can hear that bloody Collin going, "Can I press that red button!"..... The look on Mr P's face when I told him that we'd rented a phone line but not a handset, with an interview due in about 10 minutes... Packing everything away, when totally knackered, then realising that I'd only got an hour's drive home but Steve's journey would take about 3 weeks! Ohh those were the days!! Please tell me why we do it? Ta ta. Prog Paul
