Well, the UK have done it again....
1. A dross song - written by Waterman and Stock 2. An unknown singer - Josh (who?) 3. No chance of winning!
Yep, I know I should be backing my own country but there is a limit!!

I liked Eurovision the year they had The Poodles and HEAT....doesn't seem to be any melodic rock this year?

Check out on the Eurovision site, the entry from Bosnia & Herzegovina, a chap called Vukasin Brajic, with the track 'Thunder & Lightning', not a Thin Lizzy I regret, but a pretty good rock tune, compared to the Uk entry, Josh seems a nice block, but awful tune, even though the start sounds like Kids In Amercia from Kim Wilde, then turns into a track from Musical. Waterman songs were pretty dire when they came out, around 10 years ago, they haven't aged well at all, so why did the BBC think that they would get a hit from the pen of Waterman, all these years later, it's like asking Gary Lineker to play up front for Leicester this weekend!
On youtube, Vukasin does a credible version of Metallica, Nothing Else Matters.
It's a shame that Black Metal band, Keep Of Kalessin just missed out in the final heats of the Norway entry.
