I'm already talking to Blue Horses and others with regards to a visit to ARfm Soundscapes in May/June & I'm even talking about September!!! (Don't ask!)... Cheers Prog Paul

So, who have you got in September then Paul? "I said don't ask Boatman!" Why you no bwuddy wisten!" said Prog Paul in a Benny Hill type voice, slighty annoyed yet almost smug kind of way.... Meanwhile, Boatman heads back to to his boat then heats up some beans and opens a bottle of Jennings Sneck Lifter. (guaranteed to help him get wind of things). "Mmmmh," he pondered. "Could it be?"...... "uh oh...". (incoming teapot projectile heads towards Boatman's boat.....) "D'oh!" .........ker-splash..... bloop bloop..... ( Jaws music) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\ 0 / ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ /\~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~"Heh heh!" laughed Prog Paul , "that'll teach him!" Don't worry listeners he gets rescued by a passing Albatross... (plays out with Fleetwood Mac)...The End... (darn Boatman escaped!) o o o /\~~~~~~~~~

Hopefully someone will tape it for you, take your sister some lovely spring flowers, like daffodils, and bring some sunshine into the room, might raise her spirits a little.

Hi Boatman, Thanks for the kind comments.... As for the other guests mentioned... Haze, (as you'll know from your mailing list!), are very busy on the live circuit, but I'll be talking to Chris again soon.... honest. I'm just waiting for John to have a gap in his calendar that is suitable.... it is a long trek to our WM studio you know! Don't forget I'm due to be joined by Nick Barrett of Pendragon next week and I'm also hoping to be chatting to OSI, (Office of Strategic Influence) about their new album 'Free' very soon... ;D Cheers Prog Paul

Be good to hear Nick Barrett! If it wasn't for Pendragon we would have never discovered the CRS and the rest as they say is history. Alan Freeman loved Pendragon, IQ, Jadis etc and it is a dream come true that we now have a radio show able to give these guys and a host of young bands a platform. Now is the time music like this is starting to be appreciated by a whole new generation who are interested more in musicianship than image. Keep rockin!

Hi All, The diary is filling fast, again!! Listen out for exclusive interviews with..... David Wright & Code Indigo... (hopefully on Sunday 28th if I can sort some problems out!)... But I'm proud to announce that JEBO, fantastic new (to me anyway) band of real class, will be my special guests in the Studio on Sunday 28th May 2006. So two superb 'acts' from very different areas of the musical spectrum but that's what 'Soundscapes' is all about. I'm also talking to.... Blue Horses, Strawbs, Oliver Wakeman and others.... about a possible visit to the WM Studio. So please watch this space. Ta ta Prog Paul
