The final episode had him looking round the home of a bloke who had died, and when he saw that the guy had Genesis's 'Trespass' and Pink Floyd's 'Dark Side Of The Moon ' in his record collection, he looked on the guy a lot more kindly than the 'lonely old man' he initially thought him to be. 'Time' from the Easy Dub All-Stars' 'Dub Side Of The Moon' was also played. I really will have to catch the re-runs! I love 'Time' by Floyd especially the lyrics, although those pesky clocks at the beginning do get my nerves sometimes. Not sure about the all star dub version.... Time by Pink Floyd lyric extracts...You are young and life is long and there is time to kill today. And then one day you find ten years have got behind you. No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun.
So you run and you run to catch up with the sun but it's sinking Racing around to come up behind you again. The sun is the same in a relative way but you're older...
Every year is getting shorter never seem to find the time. Plans that either come to naught or half a page of scribbled lines Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way The time is gone, the song is over, Thought I'd something more to say. Ah.......what a classic......

Rasmus Hard**er (Raymond in 'Saxondale') is also in the Jack Dee series 'Lead Balloon', playing the boyfriend of Rick Spleen's daughter.
Most reviewers had this down as a poor attempt to rip off the formula of Larry David's 'Curb Your Enthusiasm', but when did British TV NOT rip off its American counterpart?
