I have still yet to hear this show although we have had the album for some time, as you know me and Narnia Lady were on holiday in sunny Devon.
Totally agree about Nick and John - really nice people.
Red Planet Rhythm is a very interesting experimental album. A challenging listen for a proghead like me to explore! It reminds me in places of the Orb, there are so many textures in the background and each listen you seem to hear something more.
That said, for me it is the rock album Checking Out Of London that John's band released with Nick's great lyrics, that really rocks my boat and I can't wait for their next rock album!
