Hi All, Unifaun have a superb self titled debut on the way. The info from Prog Rock Records & Progress Records reads: "The debut album from Unifaun captures the very essence of Genesis music between 1972-1980. We get Banks like organs and mellotrons, long melodic and at times quite complex songs but also a couple of shorter tracks that could have been written for "Lamb Lies Down" as well as for "Duke". They're not wrong. I'll be featuring tracks from the album in the next couple of weeks, but in the meantime, check out www.progressrec.comta ta Paul

Hmm... heard one track on the show today which sounded nothing like Genesis – fairly uninspiring pop music. The second track I heard you play sounded like Genesis, but too much. Kind of pick 'n' mix, taking bits out The Lamb and rearranging them into a song kind of thing. They have little of Genesis' great songwriting ability which is the one thing that keeps the original Genesis head and shoulders above all the clones and bands who claim to "capture the very essence of Genesis music". If you want to capture the essence of Genesis, listen to their flippin' albums!

Sorry... it's one of those things that gets my goat... obviously. Next time I should get off the fence and say what I really feel! Still, you did say you wanted opinions and feedback!
