Hi All,
Yup ... Also just pre-ordered my FM DVD from the FM Official site ... looking forward to it .... ( and this time I'll be safe as I know there will no glimpses of me on the DVD ) .
While I was on the FM Official store did a bit of browsing and this has raised a few questions ??
a) I noticed that the website is selling "Takin’ it to the streets", "Aphrodisiac", & "No Electricity Required" on the website as remastered editions ... 'has been re-mastered and is released by our friends at Krescendo Records'.
How do these compare to the originals or to the recent reissues ?
b) Wanting to have as much material as possible, and missing getting the CD at Firefest, I purchased the "Vintage and Rare" CD which is described as an American “best of” album.
The CDs that came look like the ink has been printed on a slightly worn out inkjet with horizontal lines going across the CDs. Are these 'official' record label releases or a small run of CDs produced by the band themselves ?
Cheers
Tez

Just answered my own question by looking on the FM official forum - posted 22 Sept
"We are delighted to announce, and somewhat relieved, that the DVD’s finally arrived about 2.00 this afternoon. So to put you in the picture we have posted out every order we received up to the 24th August (nearly 150) but by the time they were weighed and stamped there is a chance that a few may have missed the 5.30 collection. We will pack and stamp the remainder, up to today’s date 22nd September, tonight and post them in the morning. It’s then up to the various postal services around the world to deliver them. We thank you for your patience and kind words posted on the forum relating to the subject. One more thing I wonder who got DVD 0001? We know but aren’t letting on just yet, suffice to say it’s got a fair distance to travel. Gotta go there’s a lot of packing and stamp sticking to be done this evening. "
