Hi All,
Just been playing a bit of Jimi's solo stuff and it got me wondering a bit when I was looking at the last.fm tracks / albums / etc.
a) Jim Jamison - When Love Comes Down / Rock Hard
On the official Jimi Website it says his 1991 solo album is called Rock Hard. However I have a copy of a 1991 solo album called "When Love Comes Down". Are these the same albums ? Are there any differences ( track order / different tracks / mix / mastering etc ) ?
b) Empires
I have the Frontiers FR CD 19 version of this album which has 13 tracks. But a lot of sites on the net say there should be 15 tracks ? Are these the original USG Records release in 1999, or has there been a subsequent re-release of the album since the Frontiers re-release ?
Looking forward to the new album when it comes ...
Cheers
Tez

Goodie a Survivor question. Tez,question 1 the album is When Love Comes Down,it doesnt exist as anything else.I have a USA and Japanese copy both the same. There was a cd single of Rock Hard which featured an edited version and interview with Jimi, its dead rare.So to sum up it is the same album they have just titled it wrong. Question 2,The album was re-released in 2003 as Jimi Jamison Empires Frontiers No 157.It adds a live version of Too Hot To Sleep and a track called Keep It Evergreen a festive track. The live track had already featured on the Baywatch theme cd single in 1999.To finish it was Jimi Jamisons Survivor on the 1999 version, whilst the 2003 version was just Jimi Jamison. Made my day answering that LOL Richard
