www.fireland.tvIf you like your music heavy but melodic, then these guys are for you. Great guitar sound from the dual axe attack. And the guys are from Norn Iron, too! You heard of them before, Linds?

I'm pretty sure I saw Fireland live in Belfast about 3 years ago, when I went over to see Jeff Scott Soto and Pride play the Empire. I may be wrong, but let's face it, that's fairly unlikely ;D I'll have to check with Davy, but 99% sure they were the first band on at that gig.

Davy's just posted over on the melodicrock forum about them being on the JSS bill, along with Pride

You heard of them before, Linds? Yeah m8, seen em support Dragonforce Nov 06 in Belfast. Decent enuff but not really my kinda thing. And if i remember correctly they actually had a better sound than Dragonforce (i'd had a few beers mind) but the Dragonforce sound that nite was sh1t. Hey, Dragonforce aren't my kinda thing either, but we got 2 free tickets, it was a friday nite and there was a bar, it would have been rude not to go ;D
