Liz, Lindsay, Steve, everyone, i admit it, This does look a bit of a cheap selling job doesnt it?  Anyway, Rather fun news for all, i hope - The full demo of Can't You See He's Gone written by Jeremey Hunsicker and Myself is now finally online at www.myspace.com/wakingjonah Feedback is definitely welcome, I'm hoping you all enjoy! Hi Stephen I've had a listen and to quote Rocknut off the MR.com board "I love the song, it's musically very strong [except the little drum break which seems strangely out of place] and reminds me a lot of Bruce Springsteen crossed with Journey......your solo is excellent.
That said, I don't think the vocal is very good. There's no conviction or warmth to the delivery. If I'm honest, and I hope you aren't offended by this, I think Shawn would absolutely KILL that song."I agree with all that he said...hope you dont mind...  Liz |

No Prob Liz! Technically this isn't a Jonah tune, I wrote it with Jeremey for his solo album (i think lol) I only mentioned Jonah as i think more people know me as the song writer from Jonah than by my own name! haha hence no sign of Shawn on this tune. I've been lucky to work with Jeremey and Shawn, its like being a kid at Christmas lol. |

Hi Stephen, had a listen and i think the song is fantastic slice of AOR, but i have to agree that the vocal isn't to my liking.That aside the playing etc is awesome, can't wait for a full Waking Jonah album tho Lindsay |

As for Waking Jonah, well, Shawn has LOF to finish and I am currently co-writing/writing songs for the rest of Jeremeys album (at least thats the plan as of current time i believe)...so if we can find time to do it, it may happen, at this point i'm not entirely sure.
I have Jonah cuts laying around, we just never managed to get them fully recorded...strange that lol...consider it on pause with the potential to press play....lol
