I'd bet my house that it will sell millions but that doesn't stop it being a pile of shit. It's been doin the rounds in bootleg form since 2006, now the quality aint as good as the final product but it's still shite

i really don`t understand all the hate this is gettin, ok so he kept us waiting a while, so what, & i guess it really shouldn`t be under the GnR moniker but Axl is back & sounding as good as ever in my opinion & my worst fear that he`d gone all Industrial a la Nine Inch Nails didn`t happen, so it`s all good to me, the song also includes some great guitar work , only thing is i don`t know wether its Robin Finck, Bumblefoot(Ron Thal) or Buckethead(Brain Carrol), if i was pushed i`d go with the latter

The lead single's OK, it's not a million miles away from Oh My God, the track Axl and Co. released for End Of Days in 1999 (oh yeah, remember that?) So, no surprise there. No doubt someone at mrsvee hq will pick up the album and we can all roll our eyes in disbelief

Well it's not GnR but I like it OK as it stands on it's own. Although I could have done without the minute long intro that went nowhere After Appetite pretty much nothing stands up as a quality follow up. I liked several songs after that but they just weren't the same. Quite a monumental task when you think about it, coming out with a follow up to one of the greatest albums of all time (IMHO)... Not to mention pretty much everything that followed Appetite was done without the original line-up. That's my 2 cents worth, or pence I guess ;D

Noticed the new track got a lot of radio play, but they soon drifted back to playing the old stuff. It's the name back out there and may stimulate sales of the back catalogue stuff, but I don't think they'll find many new fans.

My problem with the album is.... there is not a track with a decent "hook"!
Think "Sweet Child Of Mine", "Paradise City", "You Could Be Mine" etc.... all radio friendly songs and (like 'em or not) memorable.
I've played this new album a dozen time and can't remember a single song!
