With the summer storms rolling through and the end of the heatwave in sight here in the South East of England (for now anyway), many of the songs played during the Classic Rock Show will have a rain or storms theme as suggested by many of our loyal listeners. You can expect to hear classic tracks from: Kansas, Def Leppard, Kick, Thin Lizzy, Peter Gabriel, Led Zeppelin plus as a countdown to Steve Price's exclusive interview with Glenn Hughes on Sunday there will be plenty of Glenn's music played including his contributions in Trapeze, Deep Purple, Iommi & Hughes Thrall. Songs From The South features fine Southern Boogie and a little Outlaw Country courtesy of Copperhead, Horsetraders, The Handful, 38 Special, Chain Lightning, Donna Hopkins, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Trey Harris. Back To Back Live Classics from Free & Bad Company. And April's back, bursting with health to present her choice of softness with Pink Floyd. Looking forward to your company tomorrow from 3pm.
