Israeli doctor said "medicine in my country is so advanced , we can take a kidney out of a person , put it in another and have him looking for work in 6 wks". German doctor says" that's nothing, we can take a lung from 1 person and put it in another and have him looking for work in 4 wks".The british doctor said "we can take an arsehole from Scotland,put him in Downing St and have half the country looking for work in 24hrs"
