Hi Alan, Details are on the playlist page of our website but... You need to send in a CD to HQ... ARfm, PO Box 200, Hailsham, BN27 9AX Or an MP3 file to: studio@arfm.co.uk - however, we prefer you to use something like www.yousendit.com which saves our inbox from getting full. Cheers Paul B |
