If you were listening yesterday afternoon you would have know Paul was poorly. Now I'm coming down with the bug so Bruce will ease you into Sunday this morning at 10.

Had plenty of that. Comes and goes in waves. Manflu pales by comparison.

Best advice. Stay in, call in sick, don't spread to everyone else.

Scary thing is and I've not been diagnosed as having the most publicised form, the lad I care for during the week, who developed symptoms the day before I got them is now in hospital.

By way of consolation nicely timed for half term when we can rest up a bit.
