Hype hype hooray! After five minutes of plugging the channel's change of name from Sci-Fi, on we went.
So far, I'm feeling the sets resemble a Transatlantic album cover - I was hoping 'All Of The Above' would come on!
The 'visitors' handing out bumf on the ship also put me in mind of a certain employment agency in Wakefield. And when they were on about ambassadors - cue the old Ferrero Rocher jingle...- I was hoping someone would say 'You are really spoiling us'! ;D

I just recorded this first episode on Sky 3 (Freeview free weekend). The remake of The Prisoner with Ian McKellern was on ITV so I had to watch that first.
I hope V has the 'rodent swallowing' from the original series!

Oh yeah, I noticed when I was in the States in January that "Sci-Fi" was now called "Sy-Fi".....probably because they want to get away from showing sci-fi now!

They showed the rodent-swallowing scene from the original 'V' on Charlie Brooker's 'You Have Been Watching'!
Lock up your hamsters!
I've recorded the remake of The Prisoner. I've also noticed Syfy were showing The Nutty Professor (Eddie Murphy remake) yesterday.
