Additional to Marmite ad last week - Frank Skinner, on 'Opinionated' this week, told a David Frost joke from years ago that he's also aired on 'Room 101'. The line is 'Marmite - hopeful pa'.

Skinner had to explain this to a friend - 'ma might (have sexual intercourse), hence hopeful pa!' Later on the friend tries to tell same joke to another and begins 'Bovril...' ;D
