Check The New Sountrack Song Release For The Movie Fantastic 4 : Rise of the Silver Surfer. Its Got All The Elements of a good rock song But Let Down By Ex Member Of Boy Band BLUE Simon Webbe,All The Great Bands We Listen To Week In And Week Out And He Gets The Gig For This Movie. I Read They Gave It To Him So He Could Have A Crack At Making It In The States, Its A Shame They Could Not Have Given It To A Band Like Gotthard That Would Have Been Awsome But Know Soft Voiced Mr Webbe Just Does Not Have Enough B******* For Me.But It Aint A Bad Tune. Here Is The Link, Check The Song And Vid Out. www.youtube.com/watch?v=wYqXoSeis7Q

agreed it is a good song.....lots of keyboards and decent guitars and he can sing.......not much reason why the average AOR/soft rock fan wouldn't like this tune.......but Simon "F***ing Blue" Webb.....his history doesn't do him any favours with the rock community.....ahhh well!

I`ve seen this on tv and wondered who it was..thanks for the heads up. He has a good voice, the songs ok, but is it just me that thinks it sounds like a dilute version of Seal`s Crazy.

Yeh Your Wright You Know Liz, It Does Sound A bit Like Crazy And I new I Had Heard That Guitar Riff Somewhere Before.
When The Chorus Kicks In It Is Catchy, I Just Wish They Had Given A Break To One The Thousands Of Rock Bands Out There,Although One Of Them Could Cover It And Show Us How It Could Have Sounded,Can You Imagine Jorn Blasting The S*** Out Of It,That Would Definitely Be One Storm.

The whole thing needs remixing, with guitars to the fore, and the vocals replaced ;D I hate pop bands trying to rock

I listened to this on You tube , just out of interest. And having heard Simon Webbe sing Live ( yes I know you're probably all gasping in horror! but im ecclectic and proud of it! )I have to say his voice is far more powerful & very good live, and seems a little toned down, personally I think it's the instrumental & producing side of this particular composition that really really fails, more drum more guitar, and no dampening down on the vocals as appears to have happened here. The fact that MR Webbe is not a 'rock singer' persay is irrelevent in my opinion. And with no damping down and more 'umph' on the instrumentals it would be an extremely good track, and it's not too bad now, it could be worse it could be a RAP band doing the track!!
