This fight did neither Hatton nor Mayweather any harm to their reputations, they both emerge with pride in my view.
Just a shame that Hatton wasn't being allowed to get stuck in as he may have liked but to be honest from the 5th/6th it became increasingly clear that Hatton needed that highly unlikely knockout to get the win.
A jolly good effort by Mr Hatton, shame it wasn't enough.
