I'm so glad I live in Nottingham! It does have it's bonuses sometimes. Oh, and if Gotthard do happen to be playing and Steve Lee needs a room........

To be honest, I am not sure why people WANT to stay there... the prices are not cheap and breakkie ain't included (generally) and costs £10 for a very average buffet. I would have thought (although I have not looked) there were much better deals to be had elsewhere. Steve I agree, For the kind of money they charge, I want/expect a pool etc. ;D ;D

What other hotels are in the adjacent area? Thanks, Claire x The Crowne Plaza is almost as clsoe as The Welbeck, The Hilton is just down the hill (Turn left as you come out of Rock City and you can see the lit-up sign ahead) The Saco, The park Plaza, The Brittania, and The Comfort Hotel and Express By Holiday Inn are a little further but still easily walkable. If you go to the Laterooms website (Link in earlier post!) enter "Nottingham" in the search box, it will bring up a map, if you zooom in on it you can see where the hotels are (Then book them by some other method as its usually cheaper! : ;D
