As you are aware all the muso's/production crew/roadies/groupies stay there and FF Productions have booked all the remaining rooms. Plenty of other options nearby...

Bar whats been booked by Firefest, I booked all the remaining rooms at the welbeck....just for a laugh......oh i'm bad bad bad man hahaha......although one of those rooms could come in handy if i manage to get my Dragonforce tribute band (Tingforce) booked to play the nearest Maccies.......bring your pennies...... i'll bring me triangle...strictly no requests.......unless it involves nudity..... There are (Or were this morning) rooms left at at The Welbeck on Laterooms. A friend of mine in the travel industry tells me that this is because hotels sell blocks of rooms to other companies (In much the same way as music venues sell blocks of tickets)

As I said... my UNDERSTANDING was..blah blah. If there are spare rooms at this hotel then I am sure FF would love to know as they are short of a couple at present. To be honest, I am not sure why people WANT to stay there... the prices are not cheap and breakkie ain't included (generally) and costs £10 for a very average buffet. I would have thought (although I have not looked) there were much better deals to be had elsewhere.
