Just booked Premier Inn - £141.60 for two night DB&B (only a short walk away & no need to pay until you arrive so time to save up!) Crown Plaza £196 for the same, but have to pay upfront for advance purchase deal otherwise £238 if pay later. (both charge extra for parking) Premier Inn always has a good crowd.......  |

The Hilton is just down the road, and is £61 a night inc brekkie or £49 without. I would've booked that if I hadn't managed to get my amazing deal at Crowne Plaza  The Hilton is a lovely friendly hotel and great staff, v good value for money, thoroughly recommended and I know Alison will back me up on that one too. |

My first post ,so Hi from Scotland,i will be driving down from the frozen North on the Friday morning and have just booked the premier Inn,so hopefully it will be the right choice.Although prob won't be in the Hotel much.

Welcome scotrock, we'll be travelling from the West Coast of Bonnie Scotland on the Friday also. We usually stay at the Comfort Inn, easy walking distance and cheap!
